Amazing to see the rush of water! It's insane definitely worth a visit. Go early as it does get very busy and the car park gets full

Extremely crowded. But quite impressive, the amount of water being squeezed through a small channel. Not so much a “waterfall” as a “rapid”.

A very beautiful waterfall that is worth the detour with its pretty azure blue color!

Really amazing!! If you have the time I’d recommend walking from the spa park carpark and enjoy a nice river walk beforehand (and there are hot pools!)

Same as all! Enjoyed beeing there, easy walks around... (: - interesting spot (f. e. 15% of nz water supplie comes from this river and the stations along) - expect no big waterfall but very nice blue, fast water and photospots

Falls close to carpark. Walk 45min (one way) upstream to find natural hot springs called otumuheke

Great place to visit at North NZ. Easy short walk and you’ll find the falls easily.
