Wonderful campsite near Hobbiton. Beautiful views, clean bathhouse. We emailed for availability/arrival hours and had a very prompt response. Bring cash, and $2 coins for a hot shower.

Lindo lugar situado a 2 minutos de distancia de Hobbiton. Nos encantó la vista agradable y las duchas calientes estaban disponibles por 2$/5min. Realmente limpio, fácil de acceder y amigo nos ayudó a aparcar cuando llegamos.

Espacio muy agradable, propietario agradable, instalaciones limpias y hermosas. Estuvo 2 noches, y se llevó a y desde Hobbiton por la noche. Más hermoso lugar que hemos estado hasta ahora.

Great location, host was really good as he dropped us off at Hobbiton for the Evening Banquet Tour (let them know before you arrive). Hobbiton staff then drop you back to Brock's Place (tell them at check in prior to tour). 10/10 Experience. $10 pp, $2 Coin Hot Shower. Clean facilities.

We had a lovely stay in our campervan. The views are amazing. Hosts very accommodating. We were able to buy some fresh eggs early in the morning before we left. Our little one enjoyed the chickens roaming nearby. The perfect stay before our Sexond Breakfast tour at Hobbiton.

One of the best campsites I’ve stayed at so far, 5 minute drive to hobbiton, hot showers, a few sinks outside for dishes, beautiful views! Couldn’t have been better 💚
