We booked for two nights, and due to Cyclone Vaianu, we parked at the foot of the house rather than on the lawn, but it didn't bother us at all. The hosts were incredibly welcoming; they let us charge our phones and portable power bank in their garage, and they even offered us a shower and Wi-Fi. We didn't dare ask for Wi-Fi after such kindness! 😅 The surrounding area is beautiful and lush; we loved it and highly recommend the location.

Don't drive up the drive! The camping garden (it's too nice to say field) is the next gate at the very end of the road. It's a lovely spot, quiet and peaceful and reasonably flat. There aren't pitches as such, just start where you want. It is what it says it is, a haven just outside the city with no facilities whatsoever but so much nicer than an urban carpark. Thanks for making this available!

I stayed here last night, and I couldn't wait to write about it. So, I'm writing this before I leave. A sanctuary it certainly is! The wonderful couple and their little one were so friendly and welcoming. I'm so grateful to find such a peaceful spot so close to the city. Parked up near the stream, I fell asleep to the beautiful surrounding sounds of nature, and slept so well! Thank you so much for sharing such an idealic space!

I pulled up to the driveway in my 6m van. 3m tall. Was not going to attempt it. Decided to let booking go. Photo looks way better.

Sólo para decir lo mucho que disfrutamos de conocer a Simone y alojarnos en el maravilloso santuario urbano de su familia. Con toda la vida silvestre que nos rodea - fantásticos, silvereyes en el higo, atún en el arroyo, y morepork hooting & gritando al atardecer - y el tranquilo entorno del jardín, era difícil creer que estábamos en medio de una ciudad ocupada. altamente recomendado.

Un enorme agradecimiento a Tuk que fue super agradable y generoso! Esta zona es SUPERB y es un lugar tan agradable para atrapar por una noche o 2! Podría ser mi lugar favorito para todo nuestro viaje! Desgraciadamente el suelo todavía estaba un poco húmedo por lo que nos instalamos en la pista pero caminar hacia abajo hasta el río justo al atardecer es una experiencia tan hermosa! 10/10 lugar! 110/10 anfitriones! ¡Consulte la caja de correos ya que hay un regalo de lil para su generosidad frutal! :) si alguna vez está en Aus de nuevo! Increíble lugar para alojarse. Tal anfitrión amigable. Vamos a usar sus bicicletas en la tarde para ir a ver la ciudad. Tiene algunos gusanos de mascotas que cuida y es un lugar muy tranquilo.
