We loved Lipson we had a beautiful private beach through two farm gates. Unfortunately there was a king tide and our camper trailer was flooded along with my parents and another couple camped further down the beach. It was a mad rush at 4 am to pack up as much as we could and then wait the tide out for a few more hours. The day we did have that was beautiful there was a dolphin swimming so close to us and the water was calm and Warm. We didn’t catch fish unfortunately and the wind was a bit annoying but we shall definitely try again

Beautiful!! Clean water, stunning white sand, with visit from dolphins each day. Bird life in the island was amazing. Great value at $10 per night. The two drop toilets were the cleanest I have ever used.

Very beautiful spot with red dirt contrasted with the white sandy beach. Bring $10 for an honesty system payment. Look at the wind forecast as it was very windy and hard to escape from. Flies were annoying. Xoxo
