The worst and most expensive of all the campsites we stayed at in Tasmania during our 15-day trip: cramped pitches, an open kitchen exposed to the elements, dirty and with only the bare essentials, clean but poorly maintained restrooms (broken tiles). In contrast, the reception area is sterilely luxurious, with a very impersonal welcome. Business seems to be the priority, as instead of renovating the kitchen, they're building cabins. It's located right next to the highway, with planes flying overhead.

Upea sivusto. Puhtaat tilat, puhtaat suihkut kuumalla vedellä, wc: t olivat myös puhtaita. Pesuhuone oli loistava $ 4 / pesu ja $ 4 / kuiva. Paljon aktiviteetteja lapsille (aarteenmetsästys oli hauskaa) Shout ulos henkilökunnalle - he olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja hyödyllisiä Oh ja melko muutama Pademelons tuli ulos yöllä vaeltaa puiston ympäri.

Perfect showers with hot water without time. Small kitchen but with oven, hob and microwave. Also irons for bbq. Laundry $ 4 each washing machine. Washbasins very clean.

Renovated showers and toilets block but unfortunately no baby bath despite website claims. The laundry is good. Jumping pillow for the kids and a couple of swings and climbing frame. Lovely horses to pat and feed. Kitchen only quite small but included an oven. Quite a bit of road noise from the motorway but only bothersome to very light sleepers.

The reception was very friendly and the toilets and showers are first rate. But for 39 dollars you get a tiny open air kitchen with barely enough room for one table and one stove. Wifi doesn't reach the sites further back. The view is mainly of the motorway which is right adjacent to the camp, you go to sleep to the roar of the boyracers, and wake up at 5 30am to the first trucks. Walking distance to cbd only for Keen hikers, which we are. Compared to the lovely well appointed, quiet if oldfashioned places around the country , which cost a third to half of this one, I'd drive a few miles extra in this case.

Noisy, since campsite is next to the highway. Had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep. Lovely staff, nice & clean amenities. Wifi worked also very well!

Nice lady in office. Clean park and clean amenities. You can pet the horses and goats. Not far from shops. There was lots of bees everywhere, possibly from trees recently being removed.

We stayed here one night on a powered site large level space. Tiered layout means you have clear city views and are not on top of each other. So close to CBD and the scenic chair lift. Close to highway but that didn't bother us to be so close to city. Managers continually improving the site and provided very clear map with local info for restaurants and activities.

Loved it! The girls at the counter were lovely. We got a few options of where we’d like to set up for the night. Toilet and shower’s looked brand new. A little more expensive then other parks we stayed at but much nicer facilities. Nice view of the city.

Walking distance to town ( 30 mins) but not worth the $48 it cost for a powered site. Camp kitchen was the worst I have ever seen.
