WINDY VERY VERY WINDY

Pysyimme sivustolla 3 19,6-vaunussa, olisin varovainen, jos ulkomaanvaunu saapuisi sinne. Sivustot ovat huonosti numeroituja ja tyhmästi sijoitettu... Mutta olimme aivan rannalla ja rakastimme sitä.

Meillä oli 2 WD joka oli kunnossa yhden jyrkkä / epätasainen bit, mutta selvisi hyvin.

Leirintäalueet Eagle Bluff, Fowlers Camp, Whalebone Bay & Goulet Bluff sijaitsevat alueella, joka tunnetaan yleisesti nimellä South Peron, joka on nyt nimetty luokan A kansallispuistoksi. Varaukset päivämääriin 1. tammikuuta 2025 jälkeen ovat nyt saatavilla DBCA:n ParkStay online-varausjärjestelmän kautta. 1. tammikuuta 2025 alkaen varaukset eivät ole enää saatavilla Shark Bay Discovery & Visitor Centerin kautta. Erittäin mukava paikka! Varasimme ensin Coral Bayn matkailutietokeskuksessa, se oli 15 audiä per auto. Täysin sen arvoinen. Ei ole mukavuuksia. Varasimme samana aamuna ja siellä oli runsaasti vapaita paikkoja.

Large, beautiful area with spots right at the beach or up the hill. Beautiful sea view with amazing sunsets! There are no facilities, please put your toilet paper in the bin, not in the nature!! You have to book your spot at the visitor Center in Denham, via email (including credit card details) or phone (only Telstra) You can only book your spot for the same day and can only stay for one night, so you have to switch between the four different campgrounds if you want to stay for a couple of days. We stayed for 6 nights and switching back and forth to the different sites was no problem at all!

Super nice experience! We were almost on the beach, just one other camper around. Beautiful night sky. Very windy though so I’d make sure to pick a spot that’s more protected from the wind because it got quite intense throughout the night.

Very rough corrugated dirt road getting in. Lots of small and interesting places to camp. Was windy when we were there.
