Jumala lähettää, jos tulet myöhään, voi olla ainoa paikka voimme löytää Auckland, joka ei lukitse yöllä.

Saavuimme myöhään, noin kello 7:30 (syyskuu 1, 2026), ja seitsemästä pysäköintialueesta vain kaksi oli varattu. Pysäköintialue sijaitsee tien vieressä ja lähellä useita kauppoja. Woolworths on käytännössä aivan nurkan takana. Tästä huolimatta se oli melko hiljainen; ei outoja tai crackheads ympärillä. Kylpyhuoneet olivat tahraton ja erittäin moderni (he jopa soittaa musiikkia). Emme huomanneet mitään sulkemisaikaa; ne olivat edelleen auki 10:40 pm. Erä on tyhjennettävä klo 9:00 ja tarkistetaan.

Tämä oli täydellinen myöhään yöllä pysähdys jälkeen nähdä joitakin Auckland. Perus pysäköinti, mutta ei tullut kovaa. 4/7 paikkoja otettu klo 10. WC: t olivat rly hyviä, mutta suljettu noin klo 11.

Simple parking in the center of the neighborhood. 7 dispo places between 2 panels. Toilet nearby but closed at night, between midnight and 6 p.m.

The freedom camping section is on the lower parking lot (below the toilets) and has 9 spots. We were the only ones staying there on a Monday night. The three spots in the corner are a little more hidden / sheltered by the wall, which was nice. Not too noisy but the street lights were bright. The toilets were very nice but closed over night (sometime after 11pm until sometime before 7am). Right across the street is Domino‘s and Woomworths. We think we saw some rats by the trash. Leave before 9am.

Very convenient site for Howick village. Lots of coffee shops to choose from. Toilets are very clean and modern. Easy walk to Howick beach :-) Highly recommend 👍🏼
