Brilliant little spot, a bit of a windy/gravelly road to get to it but it’s nice and quiet. Drop toilet is okay. No amazing view but good for a night. Make sure you check your email and keep the code they send you for the padlock

This is a great little hideaway! Eating area, washing up area and a non flush toilet. Great phone reception on NZ 2degrees! There is a gravel track for about 7kms and the roads have a lot of bends but not the worst! Would recommend staying! Lastly the gate is a little annoying I never received the gate code, to unlock the gate so what I did was, book online via Auckland Council website and rang there phone number - 09-301-0101 gave them my confirmation number and they gave me the code!

Pysyimme täällä toukokuun lopussa, olimme ainoat siellä. Otti noin 20 minuutin matkan lietteen / grilli tien sivustoon. Erinomainen sijainti, jos aiot käyttää kävelyreittejä, noin tunnin kävelymatkan päässä Piha, muuten vain pieni kenttä keskellä ei ole mitään. WC puhdas ja varustettu loo rullalla. He lähettävät sinulle koodin portille päästäksesi sisään, sinun täytyy antaa lukko hieman wiggle / push avata.

Okei, jos sinulla on syy olla siellä muuten viettää 44 ja mennä alas kukkulan Piha.

Hyvä paikka tarpeeksi yhden yön, sinun täytyy varata ja on hyvin rajoitettu vastaanotto leirillä ja tie siihen.
