28Apr2026: Car park for up to 5 self-contained vehicles. Located in the middle of the town, but entrance is a bit hidden and the surroundings are very quiet. We got there at 6 pm and It was empty. We spent a peaceful night.

The entrance is somewhat hidden behind the café. It's a lovely, quiet spot in a well-maintained park. The area marked in yellow on the map can accommodate five vehicles. We were the only ones there, along with just one other campervan. At night, some teenagers drove by in a car and tried to scare us with strange noises. We thought it was ridiculous, but it would certainly be unpleasant for women traveling alone. Around 8 a.m. the next morning, a large group of volunteers gathered in the parking lot.

A beautiful and peaceful spot, not close to the main road which is a plus. Restrooms across the road open until late (or maybe all night). There were only three of us in campers. A great place to spend the night.

Olen etsinyt paikkaa vuosisatojen ajan tällä alueella ja löytänyt tämän piilotetun jalokiven. Liian vähän paikkaa, jossa on tilaa illalla! Kylpyhuoneet lähellä ja kauniita muutamia. ehdottomasti suositella!😍

Piilotettu, mutta erittäin miellyttävä freecamp! Käänny ennen kahvilaa, heti DIY-myymälän jälkeen, se on lyhyt kulku. Kadun yli on puhtaat wc: t. Erittäin mukava paikka, siellä oli 1 muuta ajoneuvoa kuin meidän. Kauppoja kävelymatkan päässä (kahvila, supermarket jne.). Lyhyt rentouttava kävelymatka Haiku-puiston varrella. Wifi-piste kahvilassa vain yläkerrassa (erittäin hyvät muffinit ja lattes!)

Miellyttävä oleskelu kauniilla joella ja puistolla, hyvin lähellä kaupungin keskustaa. Se on erittäin hiljainen paikka yöksi, ja vessat ovat noin 200m päässä, helposti saavutettavissa.

A bit hidden behind the cafe. Very quiet parking lot directly at the park and creek. Was there alone. More cars came at night? who were gone again in the morning. Gladly again

Lovely spot as previous comments. Park is room for cars or vans (not big enough for larger motorhomes unfortunately)

Quiet little spot, and we were the only ones there. Really quiet but around 3am I heard a car or cars and some lights. Might be police or the council doing their rounds ? Either way it was ok.

Fantastic spot. It’s a hidden gem. The park is well managed and very clean. We had a quiet night with the spot to ourselves. Only complaint is the bathroom is up the hill and across a street.
