Meillä oli loistava oleskelu Old Mac's. Olemme ilmestyneet ilman varausta ja saimme helposti voimalaitoksen kohtuulliseen hintaan. Sijainti on erinomainen ja helppo järjestää kuljetus Water Taxi Marahau. Kaikki henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Keittiö ja tilat olivat hyviä, suihku oli kuuma Olimme yöllä täyden kuun jälkeen ja oli hieno näkymä siitä nousee ulos vuorten takana. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Abel Tasman polun alusta / lopusta!

Erinomainen kokemus. Tapasi vanha MacDonald itse. Hän näytti meille, miten lämmittimen päälle keittiössä. Etupäähenkilöstö erittäin hyödyllinen Abel Tasman suunnittelu ja suosituksia. Kuumat suihkut. Palaa ilman epäilystä.

Beautiful campground. Largest spot we’ve ever had, felt like having our own garden! Nice facilities, clean and spacious, laundry etc all good. Lady at the office was so helpful and kind getting us sorted after a late check in and an early start for kayaking the next day, I’m so grateful! Longer walk etc to centre but personally I think worth it.

This was one of our favourite campsites during our trip. It's a few minutes extra walking compared to the other two campsites, but much more tranquil. The campground is massive, and there was lots of space, and it's beautifully arranged, very lush and green. Facilities all good. The owners are also very friendly and kind hearted, making it a lovely base for us to explore Abel Tasman.

5 🌟 for sure. So good, we decided to stay for 3 days. Everything you need and more. They will even help you get a water taxi to the golden beaches. NOTE: Google Maps will lead you to the neighbouring and more expensive camp. Go to the end of the road and enter paradise

Todella mukava, suihkut hyvin. Hiljainen. Kiva suuret voimalaitokset eivät ole lähellä muita autoja. Helppo kävellä Tasman polun alkuun. Hyvä burger paikka rasvainen tui 5 minuutin päässä. Kivoja kukkia ja hauskaa kävellä loistaa matoja. WiFi ei aivan saavuttanut meidän van.

Erittäin mukava leirintäalue lähellä Abel Tasman -reitin alkua. Ruokailutilat ovat kävelymatkan päässä (Vinkki: Fat Tui). Paikat ovat hyvin tilavia ja tilat ovat puhtaita. Erittäin hyvät tunnelmat ja hyvä uintipaikka järvellä. Jotkut hiekkalaudat, mutta ei lainkaan.

What a charming, lovely and beautiful campground, and wonderful location next to entrance to Abel Tasman. Super calm and well maintained. The unpowered sites are next to the river where you can swim, and there’s lots of space! There are free hot showers, I found the water pressure to be amazing. And in general all facilities are available and clean. They might not be fancy (including not having an online booking system), but if you appreciate authenticity then this is definitely the spot.
