Todella viileä paikka pysyä!! Pysähdyimme 2 yötä aivan kallioon ja meillä oli kaikki itsellemme. Voit kävellä rannalle ja tarkistaa luolat, jotka ovat seuraavalla tasolla! Erittäin ystävällisiä paikallisia ja melko kalastajayhteisö, ratsastaa ympäri heidän quad polkupyörät ja vetää niiden verkot. Se on tuulisia, mutta se ei ole väliä, koska sijainti korvaa tuulen. Voit olla koiria täällä myös. Nautimme oleskelustamme perusteellisesti ja varmasti palata 😊

Cave beach is destroyed by cyclone gabrielle. But beautiful little caves are accessable via long beach during low tide.

Cave Beach was absolutely unreal. Have lived in NZ 28 years and this is up there with a favorite for me, especially at sunset.

Wonderful place ! Surely one of our favorites on the North Island. Black sand beach with lots of cellars in the cliffs. Do not hesitate to walk along the beach to the east, it's the most beautiful! As a previous comment, another version of Cathedral Cove in much wilder and much less tourists. It's definitely worth it!

Very nice place to go for a walk on the beach. Black sand and cave dug by the sea !! nice and very few people. Possibility to sleep on the spot!
