They suddenly closed early, and we were just arriving. They were quite unfriendly and just told us we could find the cheese at the PaknSave. A detour for nothing!
Olemme yöpyneet tässä kauniissa maatilassa ja kahvilassa ja nauttineet siitä paljon. Lapsemme (1 ja 4 vuotta vanha) nauttivat eläinten ruokinnasta ja leikkimisestä puutarhassa. Pizza ja kahvi aamiaiseksi olivat täydellisiä. Kiitos niin paljon vieraanvaraisuudestasi! Suosittelisitko jäämään tänne?
Hyvä paikka pysähtyä pit stop ??
Otimme juustolaatikon (hyvällä ranskalaisella) 23 dollarilla saadaksemme takaisin voimaa pitkän ajon jälkeen. Chutney oli erittäin hyvä! Juusto ei ole huono, vaikka kaipaan ranskalaista juustoa! Hyvä pieni tauko katsella vuohia ja muita eläimiä.
Georgous place with really good food and a nice atmosphere with animals on the farm
Really nice place for a quick lunch, worth a stop if you're in the area and hungry. The cheese board for two was nice, and their pies are delicious and cheap!
Walked in to no one to greet us, tell us about the place or even try show us around serve us what so ever but a simple hello from a lady then kept doing her thing cleaning, pretty disappointing, and as no one wanted to help we left ??
“Sorry that you had a disappointing experience, our staff are usually very friendly but also very busy as we have the cheese side of the business as well as the shop and cafe. So they usually have lots of work to get through every day. I will pass on your comments to make sure it doesn't happen again.”
Unfriendly staff! We were the only guests and nobody really talked or cared about us. Looked like we interrupted their break and the staff was even mad at us that they had to work again...No friendly welcome or even a goodbye. The cheese plate was good but overpriced. Won't come back. Wouldn't recommend.
“I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We all start early on Wednesday to pack yoghurt and do orders and everyone was ready for a break by lunchtime. I try and get the staff to not all go on a break at the same time but that doesn't always work. Out cheese platters are competitively priced compared to other cheese companies, as I do always see what other places are charging and our cheeses are organic and handcrafted.”
Platters were delicious and good coffee, animals for kids to feed
Shop very friendly, you can taste the cheese before you buy. Possibility to eat here.
