We went to the Koala Hospital and the Wild Breeding Center (Guulabaa). The two stations are only a few minutes' drive apart. :-) We thought both rescue stations were great, the koalas are nursed up and later released back into the wild. Very committed, lovely people who work there! The new park in Guulabaa is great for children, there is a climbing forest and playground :-)

Très bel endroit et personnel sympathique, je recommande vivement de visiter! L'entrée est gratuite mais l'hôpital de koala est entièrement financé par des dons.

C'est très intéressant, vous ne pouvez guère vous rapprocher des animaux.

Great place to see koalas, learn about them and see the great work the volunteers do! We spoke with a volunteer who said it's great to visit at feeding time at around 8.30 and 3pm. We missed that but still enjoyed it! very friendly staff

This is a remarkable place. They have over 150 volunteers. They are the original koala hospital in Australia. They save about 300 Koalas a year. There is a donation box and many wonderful items you can buy to help keep this organization going. There is a great feeding tour at. 3 pm that I highly recommend. There is even a little information center that gives you a good over view of koalas, there traits, humans effect on them and what we can do. Please visit and donate. Steph from Canada.

Le parking est à quelques mètres seulement, de petits enclos pour les koalas qui doivent être pris en charge, certains d'entre eux ont la raison de leur entrée écrite sur l'enclos, les dons sont les bienvenus, mais pas un must, agréable à regarder.
