Great place with good facilities. Clean pool, hot water showers, washing machine and dryers, bbq, hot plates, kettle, posters and a fridge/freezer. Plenty of private space on the camp ground. The beach doesn’t look all that great though. Stayed there one night at for an unpowered site for 2 people
Plenty of space but lots of ants, mosquitoes and animal poop. All facilities a camper would wish for, a bit old but clean. Nice swimming pool. Great if you are visiting the Yongala shipwreck.
Owner VERY helpful, but he mozzies ate us alive. Stayed in the can wich was hot. Internet was good, so the kids eatched dome netflix. Powered site (2a, 2i)
Great park amenities clean roomy sites fantastic pool. We went fishing from the beach and caught flathead bream and whiting. Lloyd and Lisa very friendly and helpful. Sad to leave.
Nice and clean. Very easy access to the Yongala Dive since they are located on the campground.
Great spot! We decided to stop here on our way to the Whitsundays and check out dive options (Yongala Dive based here) Paid $28 for unpowered near to amenities. Great social/kitchen area! Lloyd even put on a free BBQ for everyone to enjoy whilst watching the State of Origin!
Good value camping with everything you need, amenities were alright though a bit hot inside on a warm day. Nice camp kitchen with big bbq and working WiFi! Nice location as well with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We payed 36$ for 2 people and a powered camper van site.
Great spot if you’re doing the Yongala wreck dive. Lovely, friendly new management who were very helpful. Very clean and nice outdoor kitchen area.
