Handy spot close to town with many spots available in this large area. There is a dog park close by, and the sign says a maximum of up to 72 hours. Dump station, bins, and even a community library on site! The only downfall for us, as a family with a child still learning to walk, is that there isn't a lot of grass to put him down on (mostly dirt), but that's not necessarily a complaint, just a challenge for us 🙃 Thanks Moonta for the free/cheap donation camping!

Large area suitable for all types of rigs. Under trees or in the open. It was very dusty when we were there but that’s because there were strong winds for a couple of days, although we were largely sheltered from the wind. Dump point, water available. Walk to toilets and town. Enjoyed our stay in Moonta.

C'est un endroit idéal. Près de la ville et des magasins. Bonne base à avoir tout en explorant Kadina, Wallaroo. Bonne réveil d'appel de rooster local marche autour de vous pour vous saluer lorsque vous arrivez. 😍 S'il vous plaît mettre vos dockets dans le hongrois 'Minion' à l'entrée ou donner une petite donation pour garder ceci ouvert. 👍

Excellent endroit pour séjourner sur des sites ouverts ou sous les arbres. Convient aux véhicules de toutes tailles. Donation à la communauté locale. Le centre-ville et les toilettes publiques se trouvent à seulement 10 minutes à pied.

Stayed for 2 nights easy parking level there is a water tap at the one of the entry points JW

What a great spot! Nice and big, shady spots with grassy patches. Yes no bbq or facilities, however, public toilets 200m up Ellen st - opposite the entry. Pizza restaurant and pubs in town to feed anyone. Could easily pitch tent for two nights.??????BW

Easy park for any vehicule, really quiet in the night and few trees for some shades. Ideal for a night !
