Godsend si vous arrivez en retard, pourrait être le seul endroit que nous pourrions trouver à Auckland qui ne se verrouille pas pendant la nuit.

Nous sommes arrivés tard, vers 7h30 (septembre 1, 2026), et sur les sept places de parking, seuls deux ont été occupés. Le parking est situé à côté d'une route et à proximité de plusieurs magasins. Woolworths est pratiquement juste autour du coin. Malgré cela, il était assez calme; pas de bizarreries ou de crackheads autour. Les salles de bains étaient impeccables et très modernes (ils jouent même de la musique). Nous n'avons pas remarqué d'heure de fermeture; ils étaient toujours ouverts à 10:40 pm. Le lot doit être vacant à 9:00 et est vérifié.

Ceci était parfait pour un arrêt tard dans la nuit après avoir vu une partie d'Auckland. parking de base, mais n'a pas été bruyant. lieux 4/7 prises à 10 heures.

Simple parking in the center of the neighborhood. 7 dispo places between 2 panels. Toilet nearby but closed at night, between midnight and 6 p.m.

The freedom camping section is on the lower parking lot (below the toilets) and has 9 spots. We were the only ones staying there on a Monday night. The three spots in the corner are a little more hidden / sheltered by the wall, which was nice. Not too noisy but the street lights were bright. The toilets were very nice but closed over night (sometime after 11pm until sometime before 7am). Right across the street is Domino‘s and Woomworths. We think we saw some rats by the trash. Leave before 9am.

Very convenient site for Howick village. Lots of coffee shops to choose from. Toilets are very clean and modern. Easy walk to Howick beach :-) Highly recommend 👍🏼
