Great spot! I stayed 2 nights with no issues as a solo female traveller, easy walk into town along the beach front and beautiful sunrise

This is my go to spot when staying in napier. Plenty of spaces so even if you show up late you're almost guaranteed a spot. Clean toilets, dump point, drinking water, sea views, flat spaces, phone reception- what more could you want!

Passez une nuit ici. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème en tout cas! C'est un endroit si agréable à côté de la parade marine. Aucun problème avec des gens bruyants non plus. Les toilettes ferment à 8h00 ou plus et une toilette ne peut pas être verrouillée. Station d'eau et de décharge disponible.

Nous avons passé une nuit là-bas. L'endroit était assez calme, malgré le passage du train de temps en temps. Les toilettes étaient correctes. Il y a de l'eau potable, et une station pour vider l'eau grise. De nombreux parkings. Certaines personnes semblent vivre là-bas mais ne sont pas dérangeants ou bruyants.

Was sceptical by previous reviews but had a lovely stay here! Views are stunning & had no issues with noise at all. Toilets were fine, did the job and I’ve DEFINITELY seen worse. Stayed here two nights and had no problems at all :)

We stayed there for the night and did not feel safe. Lots of people drinking and just driving circles around you staring at you.. even late at night. Smelly beach. Toilets were ok but one was locked all night.

Plenty of space, I traveled alone and felt safe. Sea view. Two toilets available, an outdoor shower. Not far from the city center. I recommend it!

J'ai passé l'après-midi là-bas et je voulais rester la nuit, mais je ne me sentais pas en sécurité. Quelqu'un suspect s'en alla et regarda à l'intérieur des autres camions / voitures, mon « voisin » (une voiture locale, normale) frappait sa porte contre ma camionnette chaque fois que je l'ouvrais.

Big freedom camping space right at the beach. Toiletts and dumping station at zhe car park. 30 min to city center by foot.
