The most expensive campsite we stayed at with the worst facilities. Incredibly outdated and creepy feel. It wouldn't be so bad if the price wasn't $66! Kitchen smells, only some of the gas hobs worked. bathroom looks like its from the 80s. Nice setting with lots of birds singing and secluded are the only positives. Oh and you have to pay a extra $15 for having a dog so $80 a night, not worth the money.

It's a wonderful place to listen to and observe birds. The kitchen and sanitary facilities are very outdated and neglected. There's dog feces at the fresh water tap. The pitches themselves, however, make a decent impression. The campsite is too expensive for the facilities offered!

This campsite is horrible. WAY too expensive for old and unkempt facilities. It's unbelievable they're charging so much. There are only two sinks, and they're not well-maintained. The showers are disgusting, and the room is completely unheated. There's mold around the toilets. No hairdryer. The kitchen utensils are very shabby. Never again! The worst place we saw in about 20 days in all of New Zealand.

Overall very good experience. Clean flushable toilets and well lit, close to campsite. Potable water available and easy to fill. We did arrive late in winter (around 7:30pm) and was dark with no one around to give information but we eventually found our way and had no troubles overnight.

Good enough if in need. We booked very late and had some trouble because it was winter and the place was shut up tight but host walked us through over the phone and got us sorted. Also provided laundry powered from their stores for washing when we didn’t have our own and couldn’t get any from the shut office. Showers were not the best. Freezing in the room, low water pressure and lights that turn off after 3 minutes but serviceable. I’m sure it’s fantastic in summer months. All in all it works.

Très bon endroit pour rester. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Il y a un restaurant qui a de la nourriture très gourmande et toutes les installations étaient agréables.

Personnel très sympathique, emplacement magnifique, et très abordable. Nous avons payé 34 $ pour un site alimenté, ce qui est un prix parfaitement juste. Wi-Fi a bien fonctionné.

Nous étions très heureux avec les installations. Les douches étaient chaudes, la salle de bains était propre et le camping était plat et pas serré. Le personnel était amical et le repas était savoureux. N'oubliez pas que vous êtes dans une zone isolée et les prix seront plus élevés, nous avions besoin de laver les vêtements et les corps.

Vêtements datés, wifi faible, installations non nettoyées, cuisine idem et avec poêle cassée et pas d'enlèvement d'air, tous les sites de camping sur gravier, douches avec un seul tapis, etc.

Près de McLean Falls (hautement recommandé). Facilités un peu vieux mais propre et personnel très sympathique. Dans la cuisine il y a un manque d'équipement. Il a Wi-Fi
