Dommage qu'une ville comme Queenstown ait si peu d'options de camping, tant de gens vivant dans ce style de vie.

Trouble with this spot is that there are only 9 spaces and you can only book in from 8pm. We first arrived at 6pm and all spots were taken except 1 - if you like to play by the rules you would have no chance here its just too popular

Reason for the rules & time restrictions is it’s very frustrating for locals trying to actually use the events centre - getting their kids to afterschool sports etc. and struggling to find a park as there are way too many campers there outside of the designated times, some clearly not self contained & using the grounds like a campground (which it’s not). The events centre is a very busy and well used community facility, so lucky that there are 9x carparks available for overnight camping.

Noone checks in, listed as available. Get there its full and theres a sign stating its full. However on the online live stream that queenstown offer it stated most were still available. Ridiculous parking availability in queenstown for a campervan, very uninviting. Had to walk over 30 mins just to get food

La plupart des camions arrivent tôt, donc si vous voulez être dans les règles, vous ne trouverez pas de place, mais si vous prévoyez d'arriver tôt, vous risquez d'obtenir une amende... C'est dommage, considérant qu'il est impossible de trouver un endroit dans la ville parce que tout est pris avant midi.

Probablement personne ne suit les règles - vous devriez arriver après 8h mais tout le monde est camper ici des heures avant, donc quand vous voulez suivre les règles et arriver exactement à 8h, vous n'avez aucune chance d'obtenir un endroit. Il y a aussi des gens campant sans véhicules autonomes. Nous sommes arrivés à 8h et pensions que quelques voitures partiraient donc nous étions sur le point d'attendre nous leur avons demandé s'ils partent mais on nous a dit qu'ils restaient.

Good place just outside the city. Showers and wifi inside the building (wifi is free). Just have to be early to get a spot. The city officials comes to check the parking lot pretty early in the morning, so watch out if you park in the regular parking lot.
