By far the cheapest price near Te Anau. Big parking space on the property of a very nice guy. Only thing that was a bit a bummer was that there was no toilet. We knew that but just be prepared by stopping at the public toilets in Te Anau before arriving.

Had a lovely warm welcome from the owner who was so so nice. Camping on well maintained grass with rubbish bins. Best price in the area. Recommend 100% if you’re in a self contained van!!

Super friendly owners! We had a great experience. Nice big grassy area with trees and some tables. $15 per person per night. Good cell service

Nice place, empty grass field but nice people, near the gas stations, drump station

Had a good experience here. Andy was there at 9pm when I arrived, their check-in closes 10pm. He was very friendly and gave me some travel advice. Plenty of space, on a clear night the stars are incredible. My 2WD Mazda made it in and out after a steady drizzle all day and night, but stick to the gravel path if you're worried. $15NZ for self-contained isn't bad when every option in town is 4-5x that much. Public toilets a 7 minute drive away if necessary :P

Andy’s place was a great find. We arrived into town a bit late and needed a place to stay. Eventhough it was 9pm they were more than willing to accomodate. The young lady that checked us in was so friendly and kind and hospitable. It was dark when we pulled in so we didnt know what the campsite looked like, but we awoke to the most amazing green fields and trees. So serene and peaceful. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived at 9:30 p.m. Reception was still open. Payment with card is possible. We stayed for one night. Great look at the nightsky.

Great spot. No facilities good flat grass. Close to town. Come after 4pm. Highly recommend

Andy gave us a warm welcome and offered a lovely, quiet spot away from the road. The ground was flat. There were no toilets, but there were rubbish bins. The price was lower than the DOC's. We really enjoyed it for just one night. There were no mosquitoes or sandflies.

Un endroit magnifique et paisible niché dans la verdure luxuriante. Nous avons eu une rupture qui nous a empêché de visiter Milford Sound. Notre hôte nous a conduits au point de rencontre et nous a offert de nous ramener.
