Site unique en espèces, utilise le système d'honnêteté dans la boîte à gouttes. Grande réception 5G. Un joli chat nous a accueilli. Site propulsé était bon, pavé, niveau avec un accès facile à l'électricité et à l'eau sur chaque site. Les installations sont plus anciennes mais nous avons trouvé tout propre et fonctionnel. Les lumières et l'eau chaude dans les douches sont sur un timer bouton de poussée, mais si vous gardez un coude sur le bouton de l'eau chaude pendant la douche, vous obtenez une belle douche forte et chaude. Une machine à laver et un sèche-linge dans le linge prend 2 $ de pièces de monnaie.

We stayed here one night and was the only camper, other then someone staying in a cabin which are available on site Toilets & kitchen available which are both very clean, showers also. $35 for a powered site & drinking water, $30 unpowered. Nice spot of the ocean and had no concerns

Bien couru et pas nettoyé du tout, les serrures de porte dans la salle de bains et la douche ont été cassées, plus tard cette nuit-là quelqu'un criait à l'extérieur de notre camping-car que la douche n'avait pas été mappée après utilisation, sans oublier qu'elle était mouillée et sale avant que nous y arrivions!

It's a very clean and quiet town, near the sea, with beautiful scenery. Unlike other reviews that mentioned being mistreated, the host was also very friendly.

Spent a lovely night at this campground on a powered site. Can't pre book but was very quiet whilst we were there. A little on the pricey side with cash only honesty box. Facilities were very clean and ample for what we needed. Beautiful sunrise. Excellent WiFi.

I read all the negative reviews and I completely disagree. This campsite is great. Close to the ferry terminal. Lovely views! Clean toilets and kitchens. Self service check in so bring cash, if not there’s a cash machine at four square just down the road. No check in and check out times. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Good signal and free wifi!

I’m never one to leave a negative review, however the manager of this site was exceptionally rude. We have travelling the entire country and this was the only campsite we have avoided due to the managers behaviour.

Facilities were clean, easy to check in through cash in envelope. A bit over priced but overall enjoyed it. Very friendly cat at the site which made it even better

Self-serviced campground as you pay by putting money in an envelope. Campground is nothing fancy and facilities are out-dated. They are clean though and hot showers. Possibility of a nice walk near sterling point just around the corner. Convenient location close to ferry to Stewart Island.

Le camping est idéalement situé, les terrains sont élevés et il y a beaucoup de verdure. Les installations sanitaires ne sont pas acceptables: deux toilettes, une douche et une douche sont sales et l'une est bouchée. La cuisine est très sale, et la machine à laver et le sèche-linge sont vieux et aussi sale. Le paiement n'est possible qu'en espèces. $70 pour une nuit est trop cher.
