Un endroit vraiment cool pour rester!! Nous avons garé pendant 2 nuits sur la falaise et avons tout pour nous-mêmes. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la plage et vérifier les grottes qui sont au niveau suivant! Locaux très sympathiques et la communauté de pêcheurs, rouler autour sur leurs quad-bikes et tirer dans leurs filets. C'est vent, mais cela n'a pas d'importance que l'emplacement remplace le vent. Vous pouvez avoir des chiens ici aussi. Nous avons profondément apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrions certainement 😊

Cave beach is destroyed by cyclone gabrielle. But beautiful little caves are accessable via long beach during low tide.

Cave Beach was absolutely unreal. Have lived in NZ 28 years and this is up there with a favorite for me, especially at sunset.

Wonderful place ! Surely one of our favorites on the North Island. Black sand beach with lots of cellars in the cliffs. Do not hesitate to walk along the beach to the east, it's the most beautiful! As a previous comment, another version of Cathedral Cove in much wilder and much less tourists. It's definitely worth it!

Very nice place to go for a walk on the beach. Black sand and cave dug by the sea !! nice and very few people. Possibility to sleep on the spot!
