Convenient location, noisey, good for a ferry crossing in the early hours.
It is what it says on the tin! We didn't get any sleep due to location & noise of presumably dustbin wagons very close by throughout the night. Didn't feel very safe either but location is perfect for early morning ferry crossing. 🤷🏼
Centrally located, easily walkable to the cable car and harbour. We arrived at 6pm, plenty of space, still several available overnight. We paid $45 to be able to leave after 8am, just $10 more than the overnight charge and could stay until 3pm. It was quite noisy with traffic, never found the toilets! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby so great for an evening stop over and day exploring.
Great location. We got there at 21:30 and still spaces when everywhere else in the city was full. Bright security lights make it feel safe but hard to sleep if your curtains aren’t good. Water, power and rubbish bins included.
We stayed here on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was, especially given its central downtown location. Being able to walk everywhere and return to the RV throughout the day was a real bonus. We were fortunate that there was no loud music and very little noise overall—just the occasional car and some seagulls. The area was completely full and spaces are quite tight, with campers coming and going as spots opened up, so you need to have a backup plan just in case.
The parking lot is great. Very centrally located in the city. Just a few minutes' walk to many bars and restaurants, yet quieter than you'd expect. The courtyard is less noisy than parking on a main road. The clean public restrooms are just a few meters away, and payment is easy via QR code. The first day costs $35, and each additional day is $45. Electricity is even included.
As others said- really just a parking lot, but really great location! Pricy, but since all parking here seems pricy- not a bad deal if you want to be close to the CBD. Nearest toilet is a public street one at guznee/victoria. Stayed during the week, no noise. Could see that change on weekends
