Gorgeous view, friendly staff and well priced! Facilities are basic but everything you need, and pub across the road has great staff and good free wifi. Felt super safe staying here as a solo female traveller!

Bon camp de base pour explorer la péninsule de Coromandel / excursion d'une journée à Cathedral Cove. Au moment de l'enregistrement était une jeune dame très amicale, je pouvais choisir parmi de nombreux endroits directement au bord de l'eau. 15NZD p.p. non alimenté est un prix très raisonnable pour une cuisine propre (pas d'équipement de cuisson, byo) et salle de bains propre. douches froides sont gratuites, douches chaudes 1NZD (monnaie) pendant 5 min. Apportez des boissons / nourriture parce qu'il n'y a pas vraiment quelque chose. petite boutique dans le bâtiment de réception.

Incroyable site. Toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour un prix incroyable de 15 $ sans puissance et il revient sur la mer de sorte que se réveiller et regarder le coucher du soleil sur l'océan était assez incroyable. Lavage, petite cuisine mais toujours vide comme la majorité des occupants sont à temps plein. Douches et toilettes propres. Si vous allez sur la côte coromandel, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur endroit pour le prix.

We turned up last minute and they where very accommodating. Paid $15pp for unpowered site right on th water front was great views. Facility’s where not far of a walk. Toilets/showered were clean. $1 for hot shower Kitchen was pretty small but well equipped

Beautiful spot by the water. The restrooms are functional but cost extra ($1 for 5 minutes of hot water / $4 for laundry). Price per person: $15 per night.

Great experience for an unpowered oceanfront site ($30 per night for 2 people). Hot showers cost $1 for 5 minutes, everything is clean, including the toilets. The kitchen is accessible and has a stove, microwave, and kettle—everything you need. The fire station is nearby, so be aware of the sirens at night, but other than that, the campground is very peaceful and the people are very friendly.

We stayed at the unpowered site, which is closer to the shore and on the grass. The views were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We went without a reservation.
