This area with the hot stream on the banks of the Waikato River has had an amazing makeover with landscaping, changing rooms and toilets. Soaking in the warm water under little waterfalls was magic today. Only half a dozen others in the water.

We couldn’t find the place, the other hot baths near#lovetaupo was much more easier to locate. Nevertheless an easy evening walk overlooking a small part of the lake.

Great place to relax! Cabin and toilets available to change. You have to walk 5 minutes from the car park to reach the hot water pool. Do not swim in the river because there is too much current. I highly recommend !!!

Amazing natural hot pools at a constant ideal temperature, and friendly people from all around the world. Toilets and gate close at 8PM but it's enjoyable late into the evening. Thoroughly recommended.

Great place, a must do if your in taupo, especially on a cloudy/rainy/cold day. Nice swim in the cold river and warm up in the warm and hot pools

These are amazing! Do it

Really fun place and the water is lovely and warm. It's quite busy but people move around a lot so the different areas free up. There are toilets and changing facilities right by the stream. Wish we had brought a rubber ring or lilo with us - lots of people were getting in further up and floating down the river.
