מקומות בגודל טוב, כולם עם סלון. מרחק הליכה למרכז קניות ומספר מקומות לקחת / מזון מהיר. שדה ספורט ליד הבית יכול להיות רועש. פד 65 $ עבור אתר חשמלי, 2 אנשים. קבלה נסגרת ב 4pm, לא הבינו את זה, אבל הם התקשר כמו 15min לפני להסביר מה לעשות.

VERY GREEDY AND UNREASONABLE ! Our car broke down on the highway on the way to Townsville. We end up walking on the highway for over an hour at night with 2 small kids to reach the nearest accommodation to give us a room. As soon as we reached and settled the kids in I have called the after hours number several times with no reply from the other end. CS said that considering the circumstances the property can waive the fees and offer refund, but they GREEDILY refused to refund us.

נשארנו בפארק הזה לילה אחד בזמן הנסיעה מ קיירנס לבריסביין. הפארק נמצא במקום יפה ליד האגם, אבל הגדר חסמה את הנוף. היה שדה ספורט בקרבת מקום, ובאותו ערב היה להם משחק רגבי, אז שמענו מוסיקה חזקה עד השעה 10:00. לכל מקום בפארק יש חדר אמבטיה משלו, אבל הם ישנים וצריכים לתקן. ליד הפארק, יש מלון עם מסעדה נחמדה, בית קפה, ומקומות מזון מהיר רבים.

Nice camping ground with a lovely pool. Loved that we had our own little ensuite even though we stayed on an unpowered site.

מיקום מעולה ב-Townsville ואנשי צוות מאוד עוזרים. כל אתר יש את חדר השינה שלו ואת מתקני המטבח נקיים מאוד (BBQs, קופסאות, מיקרוגל).

We were very happy with our stay. Every campsite has its own bathroom which was very cool. Yes, they are old, but they were very clean. But make sure you keep the door closed. There are a lot of mosquitoes around!! Nice BBQ and kitchen area. There are only concrete sides which we didn’t like too much but that was still ok.

Friendly staff at check in and helpful with info on magnetic island. Having your own toilet and shower is great, nice and clean too! Good location aswell as it’s close to lots of places. A small downside, but it can’t be helped by the camp. It may be the time of year or the fact we were pitched close to the lake but I have never seen so many mosquitoes in my life, and being in a tent and not a campervan we chose to just leave as it wasn’t practical to stay the night.

Ok but not wonderful. Amenities all clean. Pool pretty old.

OK for one night but not more. The place consists of a Bettonboden with a somewhat dilapidated house with shower and toilet.

OK for one night. But not more. There are no shared toilets, each pitch has its own bathroom, which is very run-down. For this we paid $ 35.25 with an offer. Many permanent campers, who also make themselves very wide. The parking space consists only of concrete and we were right on the fence to a parking lot. Not again.
