First time here and will be back again. We spent 3 weeks here & loved the fact that the weather was warm during the days & not too cold at night. A few windy days, but would calm down by midday. Perfect for the long drop the wind. No smell ?. Caretaker Lex kept them clean & serviced. Friendly person very informative of local area. Fill up with fresh water at Gas Plant on the way in. Track has just been graded again. Beyond the campsite you do need 4x4 to get down on beach & out to point.

Very busy. Caretaker didn’t know what sites were left. No bait and very noisy. Ok for 1 night maybe 2.

We stayed one night great camping right on the beach not best for swimming saw a shark not far off shore. Has toilets. Highly recommend

Lots of space for privacy and can be accessed easily by any car. There are a lot of flies in summer and can get a bit windy if not properly sheltered. Had two kittens come up to me for food, wish I had a trap to grab them

Smooth road in, even though it’s dirt road. We were the only ones staying here. There were some people on quad bikes during the night and early morning. Also a loud 4x4 racing around the site at midnight. Might have just been bad luck, would still recommend this place :)

Open for business. Midgies weren't too bad but mostly near the mangroves. Still recommend staying. Fees can be paid via website or to caretaker onsite.

Beautiful campsite right on the waterfront. Sandy spots, awesome freedom camp!

Great free spot until end of April. We were only people there. Big amout of flies even on the beach

Great campspot, have to paid 15 dollars a night but worth it. Beautiful places right on the Beach.
