Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Stayed 2 nights paid nothing for a permit online. Alot of places to park.

נוף מרהיב של החוף להתעורר אבל רעש מאוד כמו ממש ליד הכביש הראשי. לשטוף את השירותים עם כריות. הקש על כביסה, לא לשתות מים. תחנת דופק. חייב להיות רישיון שהוגש לוועדה לפני קמפינג.

נוף נחמד וישר על החוף, אבל גם על כביש עסוק. הרבה זכוכית שבורת ועמדות של זבל. זה לא ניקוי במשך זמן מה, כמו הרבה זבל קבור בחול. אחד החופים הגרועים ביותר שהייתי בניו יורק. אני שמח שאני לא תורם את המלא 18 $ כפי המומלץ. בהתבסס על המיקום הזה, הייתי ממליץ מועצת ג'יזבורן מעצבן מבקרים מחוץ למחנה. יש לו כל כך הרבה פוטנציאל. ללבוש נעליים. לא להביא ילדים או בעלי חיים. לא טוב.

An amazing stopover on the coast. Toilets and rubbish with permit. So close to Gisborne but road busy with logging. Stay 2 nights and chill.

Closed outside of daylight savings, gorgeous drive along the coast though.

There are two zones - one from Sept to April and one from 26 Dec to 1 Feb. It isn’t clear where the second zone starts so we parked close to the toilets (and others were parked further along than us) but were approached by a friendly council officer in the morning to tell us we were in the wrong place. So our advice is to stay on the other side of river to be sure.

Not a good place to turn up at if you are an overseas visitor just traveling independtly, having to book these places needs too much foresight and is too difficult to plan if you have only limited time.

This is a lovely spot, but not great if you want a quiet nights sleep. The logging trucks were roaring past all night.

Beautiful spot! Gorgeous sunset! We stayed closer to the point end. It's basically a thin strip between the road and beach, road very busy due to time of year probably. Still, very lucky to turn up and get a space for 2 families on New Year's Day!
