נהדר עבור המעבורות בין האיים או גישה למסלול המלכה שרלוט. המתקנים נקיים ופונקציונליים אבל מיושנים.

Surprised by the negative comments. The welcome was friendly and the sites are a good size. Amenities are really good: nice hot showers, a large kitchen, and everything is clean. Very quiet at night. Honestly, a perfect place to stay in Picton.

The owner was very rude. When we wanted to check in, he told me that we still had to pay. As we already put our payment details in while booking I was skeptical and said that I wanted to check my banking app first if nothing had been charged (because all the other times I had booked a campsite it was that way). He then responded that we could drive to the next campsite if I didn’t trust him and just walked out of the room. Even though there was nothing charged I found his behavior very rude.

Excellent service. I made a last-minute booking because I was crossing by ferry at the last minute, and they reserved a very comfortable and warm cabin for me. When I called to explain that we would be arriving on the last-minute ferry, they said it was very understandable and not to worry, that they would leave the keys next to the main office. It's also worth mentioning that the showers had wonderfully hot water, the laundry service was spectacular with a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Infrastructure is bit old otherwise it was nice place to stay. Wifi was not free. Bathrooms, kitchen, fresh water to refill, waste dump, power site all facilities were good. Beautiful morning view, we enjoyed when train was crossing over.

As already mentioned, the infrastructure is a bit outdated, but everything was very clean. Showers were freshly painted and hot. The kitchen and appliances were clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for two nights for hiking. At €20 per night, it was perfectly fine. Many campsites in Germany cost more.

ההזמנה שלי אושרה, תא עם מקלחת / שירותים / טלוויזיה / מגבות / מייבש שיער. בעת ההגעה, הם אמרו שיש שגיאה בתוכנה, רק תא בסיסיים היו זמינים, ואת הבעיות התוכנה לא יכול היה לתקן. זה נראה כמו מודל עסקי: הצעה זולה, וכאשר אתה מגיע, אתה מוצע תא עם כלום.

מקום טוב לבלות לילה, אבל לא יותר, תשתית מעט מיושנת ואין Wi-Fi חינם!

המעבורת שלנו מן האי הצפוני הגיע 11:45pm ואנחנו התקשר אחר הצהריים אם היינו יכולים לבדוק כי מאוחר, הם אמרו רק לקפוץ ולקחת מקום & לשלם בבוקר למחרת - אשר עבדו בסדר לגמרי עבורנו ואנחנו היו אסירים תודה על נסיעה קלה 5 דקות מן המעבורת. אתה יכול לשמוע את הרכבת בבוקר המוקדם ואת המקלחות / המטבח / חדר האמבטיה פועלים די, אבל בסדר עבור פתרון לילה / סירה:)
