Great place. Really worth a stop to have a swim.

Park at the Café and walk 300m to the campground, the location is right next to it. Barrels not provided, so bring your own.

Cool spot to visit. Don’t miss it when you are a Hobbit and LOTR Fan. ;)

So beautiful it's hard to describe. Most definitely worth a visit even if just for 10 minutes. For LOTR fans, you can just imagine the dwarves and Bilbo bobbing along in their barrels.

Parked at campsite a short (2-3min) walk through the campsite brings you to it. If you're a fan it's cool to see where it was filmed, can fully imagine the scene happening. If you're not a fan there is a nice little spot for a swim (water not particularly cold) and a picnic. Campsite office has a nice little cafe for an icecream.
