Opted for this over the free one at the caves and it was the best things we’ve ever done! We arrived and said hi to the goats! Went for a walk around the big beautiful campsite. Went for a bounce on one of the trampolines. Found a swimming spot and went in - didn’t find the friendly eel but it was gorgeous anyway! Then had a ($2) warm shower before getting a glow worm tour. We were the only ones booked so it was like a private tour. Not enough space to write about how magical this was. 10/10

מאוד ממוצע. קמפינג ענק, נחמד ושקט עם המון הליכה ואת המערות הם בונוס שאני ממליץ. אתה צריך ריסוס גדול. מטבח מצויד היטב נחמד עם זאת עבור גודל המחנה היה רק שירותים אחד ומקלחת אחת. הייתי במחנה c אם זה שונה באתרים האחרים אבל עבור מחנה גדול הייתי מצפה יותר שירותים ומקלחות. אף אחד לא רוצה להיות עומד בשורה של 5, בבוקר לשירותים.

This place is absolutely beautiful and set in a stunning natural environment. The kitchen, toilets, showers, and the whole atmosphere are set up with so much care and love. The family who runs the campsite is incredibly kind and welcoming. You can go swimming in the river, do bouldering and rope climbing, and enjoy countless hiking trails. I also booked a tour of their family-owned cave — highly recommended and absolutely worth the price. All of this for less than $20 per night. Overall: 10/10

Facilities okay, no gas in the kitchen so good job we had our own, fridge was turned off when we arrived. Shower was good- 5 mins for 2 dollars, no where to put your clothes and your towel, floor was dirty and had no other option to put your stuff on it. Still some ongoing construction in the kitchen and toilet. After leaving we realised there was a free campsite up the road which would’ve been better.

מדהים להישאר וסיור נהדר של בית הקפה זוהר תולעים.

הצוות במערות waipu הם מדהימים. עשיתי כמה מסלולים שונים שהיו חלק מהטיולים הטובים ביותר שעשיתי במשך זמן מה, המסלולים נשמרו היטב ואני גם קיבלתי מפה כדי לעזור לי בהתחייבויות שלי. אני בטעות התנגשתי לסיור במערה זרע זוהר כי לא יכולתי לשים לב לסימן, אבל הוזמנתי להצטרף.

לבלות שתי לילות קצת במקרה. זה מקום שבו אתה באמת יש הרבה דברים לעשות אם אתה לא צריך דברים שוטפים. מסלולים רבים - עשה 3 מהם ואם אתה אוהב את זה קצת פראי הוא מושלם. מערה Glowworm נהדר, זרם קר הילדים אהבו במיוחד להאכיל את האשפוז בלילה ובסביבתו Waipu היא עיר נעימה (חנות גלידה קטנה מדהימה ברחוב מן הבירה). מארחים נחמדים שיש להם באמת את החשיבה במקום הנכון בנוגע לטבע
