Access by gravel road. Nice peaceful 15-min walk on a loop track. Do not forget to disinfect your shoes and do not touch these wonderful trees please, they are dying.

A lovely walk trough the kauri forest! Takes about 5 min, 10 if you walk slowly and take a few pics along the way. It's mandatory to wash the soles of your shoes before entry, hose and water with instructions at the gate.
