מקום נחמד, לא השירותים הטובים ביותר אבל יש פאב נהדר ממש מעבר לגשר

מאוד נחמד עם פאב נהדר בקרבת מקום.אבל רק עבור 3 או 4 כמו מועצת רנג'ר מגיע בשעה 7 לפנות בוקר כדי להזמין תוספים. $400.00 טוב.

מקום נחמד לבלות את הלילה! קצת רעש כאשר אנו מגיעים סביב 4pm אבל אז היה שקט.

The spot looks different to the pictures. It's more a kind of a roundabout close to the mainroad. UnfortunatelyI can't upload any photos but if you check on google maps you will see. The road was a bit busy during the day but quiet in the night. Toilet were very dirty. Only 4 spots available. But nice grass, old treea ans picnic areas available.

Great place to stay for the night. Only room for 4-5 vans (if people park properly). We were the first to get there at 5 and it filled up quickly. Some people stayed in the parking lot not in the designated spots and didn’t seem to have a problem. Very nice river right next to it, great for swimming. One bathroom which was in fine condition. Beautiful grassy lawn, big trees, bird song, picnic tables. We were very happy to have found this spot.

זהו מקום חופש מדהים ממש ליד נהר נקי ופאב. יש שירותים נקיים מאוד, שומרים היטב. המקום חופש יכול להתאים בשמחה 4 מכוניות בגודל בינוני / קמפרים או 5 קטנים יותר. הגענו באמצע השבוע בשעה 16:00 והיה מקום עבור 1 מכונית נוספת שנלקחה שעה מאוחר יותר ולאחר מכן ב 4 מכוניות זה היה מלא.

We arrived around 6 pm on Friday (also a public holiday) and there was still room for about 3 more vans. The bathroom is clean. There is no water. The river is nice and there is a large grass area for hanging out. It was quiet at night.

Official space is for just 5-6 smaller vans crammed in side-by-side. Probably need to be early to claim one. We missed out (6pm Tuesday early feb). Looks like a nice good spot with a river swim and pub nearby. Nothing else free nearby: must go to Whitianga, or pay ~$85 for an unpowered site at either Hahei Resort campground or Hot Water beach paid camps.

Our first freedom camping experience and it was a great spot! The stream was great for swimming, the pub across the bridge was really good and the drop toilets weren’t offensive at all. Would recommend this spot.
