Gorgeous view, friendly staff and well priced! Facilities are basic but everything you need, and pub across the road has great staff and good free wifi. Felt super safe staying here as a solo female traveller!

מחנה בסיס טוב לחקור את חצי האי Coromandel / יום סיור קתדרלה קוב. בעת ההרשמה היה בחורה צעירה ידידותית מאוד, יכולתי לבחור מתוך המון מקומות ישירות על החוף. 15NZD p.p. ללא כוח הוא מחיר הוגן מאוד עבור מטבח נקי (אין ציוד בישול, byo) וחדר אמבטיה נקי. מקלחות קרות בחינם, מקלחות חמות 1NZD (מטבע) במשך 5 דקות. להביא משקאות / מזון בגלל שאין באמת משהו שם. חנות קטנה בבניין הקבלה.

אתר מדהים. כל הנוחות שאתה צריך במחיר מדהים של $ 15 pp חסר כוח וזה חוזר על הים כך להתעורר ולצפות השקיעה על האוקיינוס היה די מדהים. כביסה, מטבח קטן אבל תמיד ריק כמו רוב האורחים הם במשרה מלאה. מקלחות נקיות ושירותים. אם אתה הולך על קו החוף coromandel, לא תמצא מקום טוב יותר עבור המחיר.

We turned up last minute and they where very accommodating. Paid $15pp for unpowered site right on th water front was great views. Facility’s where not far of a walk. Toilets/showered were clean. $1 for hot shower Kitchen was pretty small but well equipped

Beautiful spot by the water. The restrooms are functional but cost extra ($1 for 5 minutes of hot water / $4 for laundry). Price per person: $15 per night.

Great experience for an unpowered oceanfront site ($30 per night for 2 people). Hot showers cost $1 for 5 minutes, everything is clean, including the toilets. The kitchen is accessible and has a stove, microwave, and kettle—everything you need. The fire station is nearby, so be aware of the sirens at night, but other than that, the campground is very peaceful and the people are very friendly.

We stayed at the unpowered site, which is closer to the shore and on the grass. The views were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We went without a reservation.
