We also had a strange experience being put in the corner spot where we had to have other campers move to get us in and therefore were essentially trapped in for the night. I forgot we wanted to visit the glow worm dell that night so when asked if we needed to leave at any point I said no and it was too awkward to ask the other people to move. Not been to another site where you are trapped in and wasn’t thrilled. Also sewage smell in that corner which wasn’t great. Otherwise good facilities.

Place was quite clean and facilities were more than spacious. Wifi is free and unlimited. Showers come with good water pressure and unlimited hot water. So far nothing to complain about. But we stayed beside a permanent camper and there was a strong smell from cannabis. Also cooking plates in the kitchen were not working properly. I cannot understand campgrounds accepting people smoking weeks the whole evening...

Great stay! Best shower experience- unlimited hot water and a big private room with toilet and a sink. All the rest is very clean and cozy!

I’m not sure if we just were there on a bad day but the site we were at had a horrible sewage smell that seemed to get worse as the day went on… possibly overflow issues? We were also packed in here with 4 campers in a pod and would have to have people move their camper to leave easily. Also no easy way to get to Hokitika on foot as there are no trails and minimal shoulder on the main road. Facilities were fine and relatively standard.

There was an overwhelming smell of sewage around our site (21) meaning we couldn’t open any of our windows or doors, but the smell still got in. We brought it up with reception, who said it was a rain drainage gutter running behind us - it wasn’t raining in the morning so unsure why it was flowing so heavily and stinking. We were allocated a site squeezed in with 3 other sites, at other holiday parks would have just been 2. Told we’d be blocked in if the 4th camper arrived. Showers were good.

Stayed on a powered site, only $25pp. The site was spacious and there were individual bathrooms with toilet and shower which was nice. Shower temp was hot. Other than a few permanent caravans, I reckon I was the only person booked in which was a bit wierd cos it’s a nice site and half the price of the one in town. Only a couple of kms drive to town and the beach.

Stayed 1 night, unpowerd tent with a late check in Staff was accomadating to the late check in Showers and toilets are great and clean, kitchen is nice (didn't use) No complaints with this holiday park Surrounding area is great, not far from Hokitika and beaches. Very quiet and friendly, would reccomend

חדר האמבטיה היה חסר נקודות, עם לחץ מים חזק ומים חמים באופן עקבי. בנוסף, כל חדר האמבטיה היה פרטי לחלוטין. המטבח המשותף היה מצויד היטב, אם כי מטבח אינדוקציה לא היה חזק מספיק. בסופו של דבר, סיימנו לבשל את ארוחת הערב על חמאת הגז בקמפוס שלנו. הקמפוס היה שקט מאוד בלילה, עם רק מספר מוגבל של אתרים זמינים - אז הזמנת מראש מומלצת מאוד במהלך עונת השיא.

היינו כאן לפני 8 שנים עבור הפתיחה ועכשיו שוב: ההחלטה הנכונה לחלוטין! קמפינג מצויד היטב, מתקני ניקיון נקיים, שטחים מרוחקים, אזורים משותפים שימושיים - והכי חשוב - אנשים ידידותיים ועוזרים מאוד המנהלים את האתר ומי דואגים לרווחתם של האורחים שלהם. אנחנו נוסעים במכונית ובמרפסת.

חייבים להיות קרובי משפחה נותנים ביקורות. החוויה שלנו הייתה שונה מאוד. WiFi היה מוגבל לבלתי קיים. Dump היה מחוץ לסדר. אפילו אתה היו מקומות פתוחים מרובים, היו לנו מחנות חניה בקבוצת סביבנו. אני חייב לומר המקלחות היו נחמדות מאוד. זה השבוע השלישי שלנו על האי הדרומי והחוויה הראשונה שלנו מוגבל עם פארק. כל זה במחיר פרימיום.
