हम देर से पहुंचे, 7:30 बजे के आसपास (1 सितंबर, 2026), और सात पार्किंग स्थानों में से, केवल दो व्यस्त थे। पार्किंग सड़क के बगल में स्थित है और कई दुकानों के पास है। Woolworths लगभग कोने के चारों ओर है। इसके बावजूद, यह काफी शांत था; चारों ओर कोई अजीब या crackheads नहीं थे। बाथरूम बिल्कुल पतला और बहुत आधुनिक थे (वे यहां तक कि संगीत भी खेलते हैं)। हमने किसी भी बंद करने का समय नहीं देखा; वे अभी भी 10:40 बजे खुले थे।

Simple parking in the center of the neighborhood. 7 dispo places between 2 panels. Toilet nearby but closed at night, between midnight and 6 p.m.

The freedom camping section is on the lower parking lot (below the toilets) and has 9 spots. We were the only ones staying there on a Monday night. The three spots in the corner are a little more hidden / sheltered by the wall, which was nice. Not too noisy but the street lights were bright. The toilets were very nice but closed over night (sometime after 11pm until sometime before 7am). Right across the street is Domino‘s and Woomworths. We think we saw some rats by the trash. Leave before 9am.

Very convenient site for Howick village. Lots of coffee shops to choose from. Toilets are very clean and modern. Easy walk to Howick beach :-) Highly recommend 👍🏼
