Nagyszerű kemping a természet közepén. Csak 8 terület van, foglaljon előre a Queensland kormány honlapján. A WC-k csodálatosan tiszta és teljesen rendben vannak, nincsenek zuhanyzók, csak egy bokor tábor. Néhány perc alatt elérheti a különböző rövid túraútvonalakat az esőerdőbe és a platypus nézőplatformokba. Azt is láttuk, teknősök, kookaburras és monitor lizardok. Csak cellás recepció volt az Eungella-ban, nem itt.

Gyönyörű hely, az út, hogy ide egy kicsit durva volt a motorházunkban, de mi megtettük.

Itt voltunk 2024 májusában. Eungella azt jelenti, hogy földet a felhőkben. Tehát nedves és több fokkal hidegebb, mint Mackay-ben. Ez egy bushcamp. A helyszínek nagyon közel állnak egymáshoz, és csak két hibrid nyílás van. De a kempingünkben ültünk, és megfigyeltünk egy platypusot a folyón az autó ablakán keresztül. Ez sokat kompenzál. Azonban a lehető leghamarabb elhagytuk, hogy száraz és több luxus helyet találjunk.

Szép kemping, könnyű észrevenni a platypusokat és néhány szép esőerdőt a közelben, hogy megnézzük a madarakat. láttunk néhány sziklás wallabit is ugrani az ösvény közelében Mivel ez egy park táborhely, ezt előzetesen le kell foglalnia. Ezt megteheti a wifi segítségével a kis kávézóban az információs központ mellett, de atm csak 10 órától 3 órától nyitva van a szabadnap alatt!

Wow! Toller Platz direkt am Fluss mit den Schnabeltieren. 3 Aussichtspunkte innerhalb 1km Entfernung zum Schnabeltier entdecken. Abfahrt könnte aufgrund der Steigung für sehr große Mobil schwierig sein.

It is a nice little camp with a lot to see around. We came in the afternoon and saw a few platypus from the viewing deck. It is a rainforest area so be aware that there are mosquitoes and leeches around. We did the walk in the morning and saw some platypus in the river again. For two people it was 14$.

Book in advance! No reception! Ranger come to check. Clean toilet :) In the middle of the nature, lots of animal noises, unfortunately lots of mosquitos and if you do the walk be careful about the leechs. They attacked my fiancé but we saw lots of birds and platypus :) Welcome to the rainforest.

We hadn't booked and the computer ?️ wasn't working due to the storm ⛈️ and the rain ☔️ ?️. Luckily a guard allowed us to stay anyway. Beautiful place by the river. We slept like kings. Not a sound except that of nature. Toilets ? clean. Watch out for black ? snakes Watch out ⚠️ leech ?. Tested for you it hurts and it bleeds. We saw plenty of platypus even from the deck. There are platforms set up to see them. You have to be patient. The best time: at sunrise ?. The light is fabulous. Pascal & Pascal ??

Lovely and peaceful spot. Toilets fine. Camp by the riverside for evening and morning wildlife: we saw platypus, turtles, an echidna and hunting kingfishers. Also heaps of fireflies just after sunset, and so many stars! Book in advance through government NP website.

Love this place, spotted cute platypus in the morning from our tent. We have our own hanging shower, we used boiled water to have hot shower. Be aware of the leeches when you walk into the rainforest across the river (they really love me, but not my hubby?).
