Jika Anda berjalan di atas jembatan ke arah utara dan mengikuti jalur Anda akan datang ke Pataua North Surf Beach, yang fantastis. Atau jika Anda berjalan ke selatan dari jembatan Anda akan datang ke tempat perkemahan yang baik dengan toko, dan Anda berjalan di sepanjang jalur di tepi air dan Anda akan datang ke salah satu pantai surf yang paling indah di NZ. Penduduk setempat memanggilnya Frog Town Beach. Anda juga dapat berjalan-jalan ke bukit besar di tepi pantai, itu memiliki pemandangan yang menakjubkan.

Cross the bridge by foot-no other option- and walk till you find the access to the beach. Keep on walking along the beach till you find the stream at the end of the beach.Awesome beach with almost nobody in it-5 people in 2 km of beach-

Walk up the mountain on the south side and you'll get a stunning view over the area. There are a lot of ways to the top and some are a bit steep and challenging, but it's totally worth it! :) If you cross the footbridge to the north side, you might be able to find some good surf near the mountain.

Today I found it not very spectacular and the drive to go there wasn't worth it. I went at low tide though. Only upside! the water was full with starfish. It was almost impossible to enter the water without walking on them.

Definitely worth a visit! You can relax on the beach and enjoy the comparably warm water in the bay or jump from the bridge. Just be careful and don't jump head first at low tide! A great mix of locals and tourists here
