Un posto fantastico, non solo a causa dell'incredibile ambiente naturale, ma tutto è grande: la cucina, le docce, i bagni, i campi... il personale è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Le sorgenti calde sono a pochi minuti a piedi. E soprattutto, essere lì una domenica sera per la serata cinematografica all'aperto... Brillante!
4 stelle 😀 Luoghi di grano, acqua potabile, ammenities pulite, personale utile. Vicino a Bitter Springs Thermal Springs. Tranquillo e sicuro, circa 5 minuti dalla parte principale della città. Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno a Bitter Springs Note, nessuna prenotazione preliminare presa, meglio arrivare prima di pranzo per ottenere un buon sito. La maggior parte delle persone parte tra 9-10.30 am 😀
Amazing campground. Unpowered sites are river-front, and whilst the remaining sites aren’t, they are just as nice! Super clean amenities. Extremely friendly staff. Attention to details. Pets are welcome and also welcome to stay unattended at your site whilst you visit the springs. There is also a dog sitter available if needed. Highly recommend!
Nice spot. The springs are lovely. Friendly managers. The website says they take bookings, but they don’t. Just arrive and get a spot.
Sito semplice con buone e pulite strutture, ben mantenuto. Purtroppo le sorgenti erano ancora chiuse, ma questo non ha nulla a che fare con il campeggio.
Ottimo posto. non prende prenotazioni, quindi a seconda dell'ora dell'anno si paga per entrare presto (a volte prenotato fino alle 11). breve (500m) a piedi alle sorgenti, ma può guidare se lo si desidera. grande doccia e WC cubico.
A fantastic spot if you want ease. We parked up, set up on a powered site and strolled 10 min to the springs. So nice to bring your floaty/ noodle and let e stream take you down the natural hot springs. It’s beautiful. So nice to be able to walk there and back easily. Family friendly and lots of grey nomads here, as it’s very accessible. Powered site was fab, shady and roomy. Toilets and showers were ok, not many but we survived ?
? unless you want to drive around to look at other sights etc we found 1/ 2 nights ideal here unless you love warm water in hot territory...Would love it down south :) and agree with others re Mataranka (more suitable for extremely social or 5⭐️people as it was crammed in the springs and structured.
Awesome spot would highly recommend
Good camping spots among the trees and a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful natural springs for a swim. However, the bathroom facilities are poor with very limited hot water. Not recommended for the camping fees charged, unless you choose to shower in your van.
