Beautiful and quiet campsite on the edge of the lagoon with good views. Drop toilets are clean and free to use barbecues. Not bookable online until April 2026 so just pay the camp host on arrival

Ottimo posto. Le spese di campeggio sono standard per DBCA ($ 15 per adulto / notte) e hanno bisogno di un pass del parco o pagare una tassa del parco nazionale di $ 17 per veicolo - potrebbe farlo alla stazione mentre entri nel parco. L'host del campeggio è stato fantastico.

Siamo venuti perché ho visto buone raccomandazioni su CamperMate su questo campeggio. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un'esperienza orribile, il volontario di aprile 2025 è un vecchio, molto sgradevole e medio. Anche i prezzi sono 15$ per ogni adulto + 17$ pre-veicolo- molto costoso per un campeggio che offre solo bagno. Inoltre non c'è alcuna reception in tutta la zona, tranne per punto in cima alla collina. Non consiglio di venire qui durante aprile. E in generale, non vale il prezzo.

Miglior campeggio a Peron. Grande barbecue, meravigliosa spiaggia e prospettiva per guardare il tramonto. Per le ombre, un barbecue è buono

Luogo ben attrezzato per la notte: tavoli da barbecue e picnic vicino all'acqua, bagni puliti. Vista incredibile, vale la pena! L'accesso è possibile solo con 4WD poiché la sabbia è morbida (20km dalla stazione di pagamento NP). Dopo 8km c'è un punto per gonfiare e deflatare la pressione dei pneumatici. La notte costa $15 a persona e deve essere messo in contanti in una busta davanti al NP. Reception Telstra disponibile.

Realmente bellissimo campeggio a cespuglio con bagni puliti e una grande vista sulla laguna.

It seems to be an amazing spot but always crowned with RVs (you can’t book so make sure to arrive in the morning). We paid the fees for this campsite in the trust box at the entrance of the park (as it is the easiest road in the park) but the sign “campsite full” was 5 km after the trust box ? The other campsites are 40km far in the park (1h driving) and roads are harder.

! Need 4WD ! Station to inflate and deflate before the off-road. Good place but too windy.. But the landscape is insane and volunteers are really kind !

Cam only get down there with a 4 wheel drive. We saw the "suitable for any vehicle type" on this app and paid our entry fees into the box and drove into the park, only to find a sign that said the road we needed to drive down to get to the camp was 4 when drive only.
