Brilliant little spot, a bit of a windy/gravelly road to get to it but it’s nice and quiet. Drop toilet is okay. No amazing view but good for a night. Make sure you check your email and keep the code they send you for the padlock

This is a great little hideaway! Eating area, washing up area and a non flush toilet. Great phone reception on NZ 2degrees! There is a gravel track for about 7kms and the roads have a lot of bends but not the worst! Would recommend staying! Lastly the gate is a little annoying I never received the gate code, to unlock the gate so what I did was, book online via Auckland Council website and rang there phone number - 09-301-0101 gave them my confirmation number and they gave me the code!

Rimanendo qui alla fine di maggio, eravamo gli unici lì. Prendeva circa 20 minuti lungo la strada del fango / grigio al sito. Ottima posizione se si prevede di utilizzare le piste a piedi, circa un'ora a piedi verso Piha, altrimenti solo un piccolo campo nel mezzo del nulla. Bagno pulito e fornito con loo roll. Vi inviano il codice per la porta per entrare, bisogno di dare la serratura un po 'di un wiggle / spingere per aprire.

19 dollari per un pezzo di erba e un serbatoio d'acqua. Ok, se hai una ragione per essere lì altrimenti spendi 44 e scendi la collina a Piha.

Ottimo posto sufficiente per una notte, si deve prenotare e c'è una reception molto limitata al campo e la strada verso di esso.
