Only the 4 or 5 yellow marked slots are for freedom camping. Sleeping at another spot was leading to a 400 NZ$ fine. By ranger at night. Nice experience for our 1st night in NZ

Buona posizione e ottima vista. Basta stare attenti, solo le slot sul lato destro sono per auto contenuto. Ranger era lì alle 10 pm.

Felt very lucky to sneak in a night here before it closed off for the season. Facilities are great, beautiful outlook to the beach. Very safe. 5 standard car parks available.

Really nice place to stay, outdoor showers (cold water), clean toilets (compared to some free camps). If there is place absolutely worth to stay overnight.

If space is available, cool place with restrooms, cold shower and water station.

Very nice place, nicer than the other freecamp next to the surf camp. 4 pitches, 2 cold showers, toilets and drinking water point. Next to a children's playground, but it's really not a problem. Please note that the freecamp is not allowed between mid-December and February.

Bella posizione. Due docce all'aperto e servizi igienici sul sito. Accanto al beqch e al parco giochi.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti. Entrambe le notti c'erano luoghi vuoti. I bagni non erano così puliti e le vasche erano piene (probabilmente perché era un fine settimana). Entrambe le notti un ranger è venuto a controllare i furgoni e ha scattato le foto delle tavole ma niente altro. I parcheggi sono accanto ad alcuni giochi per bambini in modo che abbiamo avuto il rumore abbastanza presto. Al di là di questo è un buon posto per rimanere. Piuttosto sicuro e proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. ha anche tavoli e bbq.

Buona posizione proprio sulla spiaggia. 5 punti ma c'erano solo 4 (ho ottenuto l'ultimo) perché i grandi camper occupavano troppo spazio. nessuna carta igienica nel bagno e non c'erano luci in modo che i bagni erano una sorta di spaventoso di notte come una donna solista ma questo è solo come va, suppongo. nessun rangers sono venuti in giro e c'erano un paio di altre van parcheggiate nei punti non SC quindi prendete le vostre possibilità soprattutto vicino alla fine dell'estate
