Very unfriendly owners. Not a good spot to stay. Beautiful place ruined.
Luogo economico per soggiornare, ma wifi e docce non sono inclusi, quindi tutto quello che stai pagando è un posto per la tua van (ci hanno messo su una collina in modo che non fosse nemmeno un terreno piatto), l'uso delle loro cucine sporche e bagni. Forse è perché era un fine settimana di vacanza ma le strutture erano grossolane. E obsoleto. Il posto era sovraffollato con i locali e i bambini. Sicuramente un posto amichevole per la famiglia ma non rilassante per i viaggiatori e non vale $ 20 pp a notte. Hectic, rumoroso e sporco.

Ottimo campeggio, vicino al fiume e qualche breve passeggiata nella foresta nelle vicinanze. I proprietari sono amichevoli e utili. Le docce sono calde e decenti. Ascoltate gli uccelli nativi e meravigliatevi del cielo notturno. Il tipo di campeggio che siete felici di trovarvi, pianificato per 1 ma soggiornato per 2. Nuoto nel fiume, camminare fino alla cascata (prendi un pranzo confezionato per divertirti), sarete felici di stare al parco vacanze Ashley Gorge.
Un posto così bello ma rovinato dal proprietario che abbiamo assistito a urlare ai bambini piccoli per non fare nulla affatto. Togliendo le braccia intorno. Non un bel individuo. Molto spaventoso per i bambini coinvolti. Stai bene lontano da questo posto come abbiamo anche notato un grande volume di telecamere di sicurezza intorno alla zona che si sentiva come un'invasione del privilegio.
Grande campeggio, tutte le strutture di cui hai bisogno! Molto tranquillo e a pochi passi dal fiume, sicuramente un buon posto per fermarsi in estate!I proprietari sono bellissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti!
One Word: Amazing
We stayed here before our flight home from Christchurch (only 45 min drive) and couldnt have imagined a more peaceful, scenic and friendly place so close to Christchurch. Very friendly camp owners, beautiful kitchen facilities and great wood fired hot showers with token from reception. Loved our short stay and would 100% recommend to anyone!
Yesterday we spent a really nice, quiet and relaxing camp night Michel and Jean Pierre offer an excellent welcome, a little extra for us Jean-Pierre speaks French, thanks to them and good luck
Wonderful camping facility. Lovely location and park layout which was well maintained. Owners are super friendly and helpful. 21$ for solo traveler at a powered spot. Felt very safe here as there was basic area lighting and the camper area was gated off from the public at night. Kitchen was spacious and clean. 2$ washer 3$ dryer (about 20 mins of dryer time). Bathrooms very clean and 1$ for a shower token for 5-6mins of hot water. Came for one night but stayed for 2. Nice mini tramp to a waterfall (1-1.5hr loop) and the river right at the camp behind the tree line.
Awesome campsite. Quiet setting surrounded by trees. Lovely walks which we still did in the rain. Grounds are well maintained and the facilities clean and tidy. Shower token ($1 at shop) lasts just under 5 mins but you can put in more. Warm welcome. Highly recommended.
