Nel complesso, è stato un posto decente per soggiornare con le strutture di base. Abbiamo pagato NZ$40 per due persone per un sito non alimentato. Il campeggio ha anche un paio di residenti a lungo termine. Il sistema di doccia calda potrebbe essere migliorato. Devi premere il pulsante fuori dal bagno per attivare prima l'acqua calda. Si spegne automaticamente dopo pochi minuti, quindi devi uscire dalla doccia e spingerlo di nuovo. Un tempo più lungo di acqua calda sarebbe più conveniente, specialmente in tempo freddo.

After 6 weeks of motorhoming NZ we came across this gem. Bronwyn gave us a lovely welcome and this site is superb. Short walk to the beach and river, with the added bonus of fresh fruit ice cream being sold in the car park. New Zealand you are a wonderful place we will miss you xx Andrea and Paul UK

Friendly and welcoming reception. Very quiet campsite mainly with permanent residents. Clean facilities (toilets, showers, kitchen).

We arrived after 6pm and the office was closed. It was no problem at all to pay the morning after. Really nice staff and clean facilities. Paid 36$ for 2 person.

La doccia, la cucina e il Wi-Fi 24 ore sono inclusi nel prezzo, 18 NZD a persona, che abbiamo apprezzato. Si tratta di una breve passeggiata dalla spiaggia dove si possono trovare bacche e peperoni sul lato del sentiero. Questo è stato il nostro campeggio preferito sull'isola del Sud a causa del prezzo economico, personale gentile, bella posizione e strutture incluse.

This was fine for a night before we returned our camper. The kitchen/bathroom facilities are new and well kept. However the shower’s are very difficult to regulate the temperature. This is a mobile home community, so it seems weird to be in their space. The bottom end of the campground is super sketchy.

Very friendly staff, close location, facilities are super clean. We would highly recommend this campground.

Niet reserveren via de website, maar gewoon bellen of ze plek hebben. Reuze aardige 'babysitters' 🤭 Ws ouders van de eigenaars. De vader spreekt NL, zijn vrouw gewoon Engels. Fijne camping, relaxe sfeer, met short cut naar de rivier en het strand. Doen !
