Site was good for parking wise BUT I found it unbelievable that you have to pay to use the showers and on top of that the showers and toliets are completely unisex this creates a massive opening for sexual assault. I personally did not feel safe sharing bathrooms and paying already $56 for a powered site then paying $5 extra for hot water. Didn’t use any of the other facilities such as the kitchen ect.

Lovely views of the beach and bay- worth booking Beach side pitch. Very clean toilets and showers. Showers need $1 coin and work well. Nice site with established shrubs on site, feels less barren than most sites. Pitches are very small so might feel crowded in peak season but lovely in March. We didn't use the cafe or kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small playground plus bouncing pillow and trampoline.

Lovely tidy park with great, clean facilities. We had a great pitch backing on to the beach with wonderful views. We had to leave earlier than planned, due to the severe weather warnings.

Le strutture sono vecchie e piccole, la cucina, nessun posto per più di 3 persone alla volta. Si addebitano per la doccia ma ho provato 2 e non hanno lavorato alle 7:30 e nessuno è sul posto in questo momento della mattina. hanno raccomandato di utilizzare un impianto unisex ma mia moglie non li avrebbe usati perché avevano camper permanenti sul posto e lei ha pensato che era spaventoso.

Personale amichevole, strutture ragionevoli. $50 per due persone per accampare per una notte. Le docce costano di più. Il nostro sito di tenda era molto piccolo ed esposto con strade direttamente dietro e a destra di noi, un sentiero a piedi davanti, e un'altra tenda pollici a sinistra. abbiamo dormito OK considerando.

Rimasi qui per 2 notti. “Sulla” spiaggia, tuttavia è coperta da rocce nere e legno e ti consigliamo di non nuotare nell’acqua alle spiagge di Napier a causa del forte sottosuolo. Il campeggio era tranquillo, pulito, conveniente e abbondante. Le docce sono $1/5 min. I lavastoviglie / asciugamani sono $4 / $2 rispettivamente.

Grande sito ma davvero piccola cucina e bagno. spiaggia non è bella. troppo costoso per bassa qualità.

ottimo posto per soggiornare, avere monete da un dollaro pronte se si arriva nel pomeriggio o mentre la reception è aperta per le docce. siamo arrivati mentre erano aperti. posto bello e pulito

We arrived just slightly after hours and didn’t realize we had to bring dollar coins- ONLY dollar coins- to make the showers work ($1/5min). There isn’t a change machine, so with the office being closed we had to beg an exchange for two off whoever happened to be in the kitchen at the time. Nobody else had realized this was the case either.The men’s showers only got lukewarm for the last two minutes, women’s lukewarm the whole time, otherwise cold. Otherwise facilities were relatively clean and orderly, site was pretty quiet. Washer was effective, dryer not so much ($4 for 30 mins, jeans were still quite damp at the end). Lots of birds- one of them decided to knock on our window for about 20 mins straight at 6am, and we woke up to bird poo all over everything. Nothing you can do about nature though.
