Such a magical place!

Grande e fantastico campeggio. Siamo stati fortunati, abbiamo avuto un posto con una vista sul mare. Ci sono bagni asciutti con carta e sapone sempre, e nessun cattivo odore, acqua potabile e docce fredde... molto amichevole e familiare. Per il prezzo penso che potrebbero offrire docce calde, anche se si caricano, ma la vista e dormire con il suono del mare fa per tutto.

Grew up coming here and came back to the same bliss. Lovely sites. Clean facilities. Nice beaches. Drinking water. Patchy service but a small price for such beauty

Assolutamente affascinante. Solo i mesi estivi aperti, siti ben disposti per adattarsi all'ambiente naturale - campeggio giusto non Top10 Spazzatura. Buoni bagni puliti a goccia lunga e docce fredde, un sacco di tubi d'acqua potabile dispersi intorno. Ama!

An amazing campsite located on a peninsula with two surf beaches and a calm estury. Most sites have amazing views. Cold water showers and long drop toilets (no powered sites). Less than an hours drive from Whangarei, but the camp site is only open over the summer months.

Not taking any more bookings

As per their website checked on March 31: “Please Note : Motutara Farm will be closed to all camping from the 29th March 2021. We will not be open for Easter or the April school holidays - the last day for camping will be the 28th March. Motutara Farm will be open again for camping in the spring.”

Fees has gone up per adult. Such a beautiful place.

Great spot, lots of sites but quiet in the busy season. Lots of clean long drops. Beaches are amazing!
