Opted for this over the free one at the caves and it was the best things we’ve ever done! We arrived and said hi to the goats! Went for a walk around the big beautiful campsite. Went for a bounce on one of the trampolines. Found a swimming spot and went in - didn’t find the friendly eel but it was gorgeous anyway! Then had a ($2) warm shower before getting a glow worm tour. We were the only ones booked so it was like a private tour. Not enough space to write about how magical this was. 10/10

Molto medio. Campeggio enorme, bello e tranquillo con un sacco di passeggiate e le grotte sono un bonus che consiglio. Hai bisogno di un grande spray. Buona cucina ben attrezzata Tuttavia per la dimensione del campeggio c'era solo un bagno e una doccia. Ero in campeggio c se è diverso sugli altri siti ma per un campeggio che grande mi aspettavo più bagni e docce. Nessuno vuole stare in una fila di 5, al mattino per un bagno.

This place is absolutely beautiful and set in a stunning natural environment. The kitchen, toilets, showers, and the whole atmosphere are set up with so much care and love. The family who runs the campsite is incredibly kind and welcoming. You can go swimming in the river, do bouldering and rope climbing, and enjoy countless hiking trails. I also booked a tour of their family-owned cave — highly recommended and absolutely worth the price. All of this for less than $20 per night. Overall: 10/10

Facilities okay, no gas in the kitchen so good job we had our own, fridge was turned off when we arrived. Shower was good- 5 mins for 2 dollars, no where to put your clothes and your towel, floor was dirty and had no other option to put your stuff on it. Still some ongoing construction in the kitchen and toilet. After leaving we realised there was a free campsite up the road which would’ve been better.

Il costo è di $ 15 a persona a notte, $ 18 per il sito alimentato. Bellissimo campeggio con un sacco di passeggiate e un torrente per nuotare. Buona cucina ecc. $ 35 breve tour della grotta è stato educativo e vale la pena fare. 2km per la grande grotta libera per esplorare se hai torce e felice di ottenere bagnato e sporco. Nessuna tenda gratuita al grande sito della grotta più triste ma questo campo agricolo ha grandi siti di tenda. Lo consigliamo! copertura telefonica limitata e WiFi ma ok da ufficio.

Incredibile soggiorno e grande tour del glow worm caffè.

Il team delle grotte di waipu sono brillanti. Ho fatto alcune tracce diffente che sono state alcune delle migliori passeggiate di cespuglio che ho fatto in un po ', le tracce sono state molto ben mantenute e mi è stata data anche una mappa per aiutarmi sulle mie imprese. mi sono accidentalmente imbattuto in un tour della grotta di worm brillante perché non ho prestato attenzione a un segno, ma sono stato invitato a unirsi. apprezzo davvero la squadra qui perché sono molto amichevole e spero che altri possano godere di questo posto!

Trascorse due notti un po' per caso. È un luogo dove hai davvero molte cose da fare se non hai bisogno di cose lucidate. Molte tracce - ha fatto 3 di loro e se ti piace un po' selvaggio la sua perfetta. Grotta Glowworm grande, corrente fredda i bambini amavano soprattutto nutrire l'ago di notte e vicino a Waipu è una città accogliente (piccolo negozio di ghiaccio incredibile di strada dalla birra). Buoni padroni di casa che hanno davvero la mentalità nel posto giusto in relazione alla natura
