Uno dei luoghi migliori per trascorrere un paio di giorni (specialmente se piove) finora! Le strutture sono nuove e sempre pulite, doccia con acqua calda illimitata (considera sempre di risparmiare il più possibile :) ) Cucina con tutto il necessario, zona bbq, stazione di smaltimento, lavatrice e asciugatrice da usare con le monete. Le persone sono molto amichevoli e la donna che gestisce il posto è sempre presente e disponibile. spendiamo 15$ pp per il sito non alimentato.

Se stai pensando di fermarti a Balclutha per la notte allora fai un favore e fai il viaggio per altri 10 minuti a Kaitangata. Una volta una fiorente città del carbone ora un piccolo posto tranquillo proprio sul fiume Clutha. Il campeggio motore è stato inaspettatamente fantastico. Un check-in davvero piacevole e utile e le migliori strutture doccia che abbiamo incontrato finora in NZ. Le strutture BBQ, cucina e lavanderia tutti sembravano buoni ma non abbiamo usato nessuno di questi. Il pub accanto - così conveniente servito ottimi pasti.

INCREDIBLE campsite. The owner was lovely, showed my partner were to find everything on arrival and gave us a map to plan our trip round the catlins. Paid $35 for a powered site (2 people) for 1 night. Showers were FREE & great, good pressure, hot and most importantly very clean. The bathroom facilities in general were the best we’ve had so far, very modern and again very clean. (4 toilets, 2 showers, all in its own sealed off room. Camp kitchen is well equipped (inside). Talking about a hidden gem. clean quite area. Greet bar and restaurant next to the camp site. Staf so friendly

The shower and toilet were new and comfortable ! We spent a month traveling around campsite and enjoyed the old-fashioned facilities in their own way but it was a first time using brand new shower rooms with heat light.

It's a good little place to stop over. The facilities, like the toilets and washing machine, are modern. The hostess was very friendly. Kayaks are available for rent. Good value for money. 🙂👍🏼

Excellent campground with new restrooms and super hot showers. Very friendly welcome and very well-maintained site. $35 for 2 people with electricity. Highly recommended.
