Trouble with this spot is that there are only 9 spaces and you can only book in from 8pm. We first arrived at 6pm and all spots were taken except 1 - if you like to play by the rules you would have no chance here its just too popular

Reason for the rules & time restrictions is it’s very frustrating for locals trying to actually use the events centre - getting their kids to afterschool sports etc. and struggling to find a park as there are way too many campers there outside of the designated times, some clearly not self contained & using the grounds like a campground (which it’s not). The events centre is a very busy and well used community facility, so lucky that there are 9x carparks available for overnight camping.

È un peccato, considerando che è impossibile trovare un posto in città perché tutto è preso prima di mezzogiorno.

Probabilmente nessuno segue le regole - dovresti arrivare dopo le 8 del pomeriggio ma tutti sono in campeggio qui ore prima, quindi quando vuoi seguire le regole e arrivare esattamente alle 8 del pomeriggio, non hai alcuna possibilità di ottenere nessun posto. Ci sono anche persone che campeggiano senza veicoli autonomi. Siamo arrivati alle 8 del pomeriggio e abbiamo pensato che un paio di auto andrebbero via, quindi eravamo in procinto di aspettare li abbiamo chiesto se stavano partendo ma ci è stato detto che stavano rimanendo.

Good place just outside the city. Showers and wifi inside the building (wifi is free). Just have to be early to get a spot. The city officials comes to check the parking lot pretty early in the morning, so watch out if you park in the regular parking lot.
