Beautiful grounds with lots of trees and palm trees, providing plenty of shade. The nicest place so far (after driving 4000 km). The facilities themselves are a bit dated, though.
Big spacious sites, very clean and tidy park. Every site has its own bin and crate for recycling bottles that get cleared every day. Amenities are old but clean. Very friendly Manager who cooked dumplings for us as we were staying 4 nights. Handy park to stay at with approx 20min drive to Litchfield. Also has pool, putt putt and bird feeding twice a day with a tavern next door. Would stay here again
Nice. Nice space. Toilets, showers and kitchen a little bit old, but okay. Nice sites.
New manager very friendly If you stay three nights the first night she offers homemade pork or beef dumplings Really good. Enjoyed our stay
Very shady spacious park. Should be full at this time of year but sadly for park owner covid19 has stopped a lot of travel. Excellent place to stay to explore Litchfield National Park. Knowledgeable bird show morning and evening.
Good spot, no mozzies, daughter loved feeding the birds in the morning and night. Few bunny’s hopping around and so green. Well worth the visit.
7:08 PM Campground closed 8 min to late Gentleman sent us away because we were 8 minutes to late. And the man knew to have all the other campground closed . So be there before 7 PM.
Awesome spot. No mozzies compared to campgrounds closer to Litchfield NP. Friendly guy at reception. Also have free putt putt and bird feeding show.
Stayed at this campsite for one night. $15 unpowered for two people. Fantastic campsite, nice clean showers and toilets. The kitchen is basic but has a kettle and fridge which is important and washing machines. The owner is a lovely guy and gives you lots of tips and info on Litchfield National Park and around the area. Nice shaded areas to camp. And small camp kitchens dotted around the camp. Pool is in the shade so nice and cool after a hot day. Would recommend this camp.
This campaside was a very nice place to stay. We stayed here two nights. The owner of the campside was very friendly and funny. All of the spots had lots of shades. The pool as well. It was very nice with a nice temperature. The bird feeding was amazing to watch. All beautiful birds in one place. You could also play minigolf at the campsite. This was free and fun to do. The anemities were clean and painted in a beautiful color. I would definetely recommend everyone to stay at this campsite if you want to visit Litchfield National Park. This was one of the best and cheapest campsites we've been!
